The installation team was very informative and did beautiful work installing my fireplace. They we're friendly and personable. Everything was explained and demonstrated in detail. However we were very disappointed and unsatisfied with the delay in services waiting for parts to arrive. We had to make several phone calls and complain to speed up the process. Waited almost 6 months to have fireplace installed. This has no reflection on the men who did installation. We were completely satisfied with that aspect.

Outstanding, fast, complete service. 24 hour turnaround from call to install! The quote was fair, the installation was performed very professionally. The crew (Frank and Mike) organized and neatly installed the new electric and plumbing connections, bleed the lines throughout the house and then gave good tips on how to get the most of the new heater. They took care of clean up and took away the old unit and everything else that was no longer necessary. We highly recommend them and are very satisfied. .
