Oktoberfest 2016
Oktoberfest is here again!
Are you coming to the Carbon County Oktoberfest?
This year’s event is taking place on October 1st and 2nd at Blue Mountain Ski Resort from 12pm to 10pm, both days. This year is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever. As always, there will be live music, kids’ activities, fireworks, food and drink. Added to the mix this year are helicopter rides and scenic lift rides.
Here is a complete breakdown of the things you can do at Oktoberfest this year:
- Action Archery ($10 – 1hr)
- Bounce Amusements (kids package) closes 6pm
- Coloring Contest (FREE)
- Pumpkin Chucking (kids package, or $1)
- Tractor Rides (FREE)
- Scenic Lift Rides ($5 for unlimited, included in kids package) closes 6:15pm
- Buster the Clown (FREE)
- Wild Bill Pocono Trick Shooter (FREE, Saturday only 2pm)
- Mechanical Bull Rides
- Pumpkin picking ($3 for small, or included in kids package)
- Pumpkin Painting (FREE w/ pumpkin)
- Helicopter Rides ($50 per person, 6 minutes)
- Face Painting Fireworks (FREE, both nights)
